    Boyd Autobody & Glass has an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the autobody industry as part of our Estimator Development Program.

     

    We are looking for an individual that works well in a team environment, is diligent, and takes pride in customer service. This is a full time position and the ideal candidate for our team should be confident, self-motivated, adaptable, have a positive attitude, the desire to grow and develop skills and is ready to learn. Having post-secondary education and/or automotive experience is an asset.

    Responsibilities

    Utilizing mobile technology, you will learn the process to perform internal appraisal loss and damage associated with automobile claims through the auditing of digital photos, video and estimates.

    Qualifications

    • Some industry experience is required
    • Experience with Mitchell and Audatex estimating systems would be an asset
    • Effective communication skills to interact with various internal and external contacts
    • Detail Oriented
    • Occasional travel throughout the city is required
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Legally authorized to work in Canada
