Responsibilities

 

  • Greet and assist customers
  • Coordinate rental vehicles and courtesy cars
  • Scheduling repair appointments
  • Communicate with insurers regarding deductibles, coverage, etc.
  • Provide information to customers about all aspects of the collision repair process
  • Collect information about vehicle damage
  • Keep customers informed about their vehicle's repair

Qualifications

  • Previous collision repair industry experience an asset
  • Retail/customer service and administrative experience required
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Solid administrative skills
  • Enthusiastic, reliable, punctual
  • A positive attitude
  • A willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
