Boyd Autobody & Glass is looking for a seasoned Auto Body Shop Location Manager to join our team at one of our busy locations.    This is an excellent opportunity to join the leader in collision repair and take your career to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the shop and staff performance including estimating, profitability, customer service, production, employee relations, insurance relations, and more
  • Lead a strong technical team to operate in an effective manner while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Ensure that every employee is focused on providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to effectively execute and maintain business plans.
  • Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators including CSI, profitability, cycle time, etc
  • Coach and develop your staff, and address any situations as they arise to maintain a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Builds and maintains good relations with customers, to encourage their loyalty and obtain their recommendations.
  • WOW every customer through all phases of the process

Qualifications

  • A minimum 5 years experience in shop management and senior industry experience
  • Experience leading a team and managing employees
  • A complete understanding of the collision repair process, and familiarity with insurance repair procedures
  • Solid Mitchell and Audatex skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
